I couldn't think of a good name for this one--so lN50MNlA came to the rescue.
A bit of a technical exercise--2D blooms inside a spherical gasket, and then the spherical gasket goes inside the petals of the 2D blooms. Named after the biological family of fireflies.
An Apophysis 7x fractal. As with all my fractals, I highly recommend you zoom in for the best viewing experience.
